    We are an intermediary platform that connects international patients with reputable dental clinics and hospitals in Vietnam, while also collaborating with travel agencies to deliver combined treatment and travel packages.
  2. Do you provide dental treatments directly?
    No. We are not a clinic or hospital. Our role is to connect you with trusted medical providers and travel partners. All consultations, treatments, and tours are delivered by our partners.
  3. Can I trust the quality of your recommended clinics and dentists?
    Absolutely. We only work with licensed hospitals and clinics with highly qualified, experienced dentists. Detailed information about doctors, facilities, and services is provided transparently for your peace of mind.

About Services

  1. Can I choose only dental services or only travel services?
    Yes. You may book dental care alone, or a travel package alone. However, we recommend combined packages for the best value and experience.
  2. What if issues arise during my treatment or trip?
    We will assist in coordinating with our partners to resolve any problems quickly. Direct responsibility for services lies with the providers, but we remain by your side throughout the process.
  3. Is my personal and medical data secure?
    Yes. We strictly comply with international data protection standards. Your information is shared only with the clinic or dentist providing your treatment.
  4. Do you help with hotel bookings?
    Currently, we focus on dental care and travel packages. Visitors can easily book hotels independently. Most reputable hotels in Vietnam have English-speaking staff, so communication will not be an issue.

About Costs & Payments

  1. Do you charge extra service fees?
    No. You pay the official rates set by our partner clinics or travel providers — no hidden charges.
  2. How do I make payments?
    Payments are made directly to our partners (clinics or travel agencies).
  3. What payment methods are available?
    You may pay in cash (VND, USD) or via international cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Some clinics also accept international bank transfers.
  4. Can I get a refund or reschedule if my plans change?
    Refund and rescheduling policies depend on the partner. We will inform you clearly in advance and support you in adjusting your bookings if needed.
